It is usually a fluctuation value, mainly due to the conductive slip ring of metal ring surface without defects or ring and brush between foreign body, insufficient pressure, virtual contact, because the surface treatment cannot be absolutely smooth, so the dynamic contact resistance fluctuation value can not eliminate, general requirements can not exceed 10 mΩ, minimum can reach 1 mΩ.
