Due to the importance of conductive slip ring in the field of modern industry and national defense, all countries have done a lot of research on their key materials, especially those countries with developed industrial and military fields. 1. 2. Gold alloy brush material gold is the most stable material in nature, and has excellent conductive and thermal conductivity, but its strength is low, easy to melt welding. Gold alloy brush material is an alloy composed by adding nickel, silver, copper, palladium and some trace rare earth elements, with electrical properties, stable chemical properties, mainly used for small current load efficiency, high signal transmission accuracy environment.

3. Compared with gold, palladium alloy brush material has low price, small density, wear resistance and sulphation resistance, but its alloy materials have weak conductivity, so palladium alloy brush is mainly used in the application field of weak current and low power.

4. The price of platinum alloy contact material is very expensive, but the platinum alloy brush material has wear resistance, corrosion resistance, electrical contact performance, arc resistance, melt welding performance, often use platinum, iridium, platinum tungsten alloy as high requirements of the cutting-edge field of brush materials.
